Device Adding

1.Clickto add devices through QR code scanning , manual adding, and LAN searching.

2.Enter the device information according to different adding methods.

QR code scanning:After scanning the QR code, the system can tell whether the code information is from device card or SN. If it is from device card, the device information can directly be imported. If it is from SN, the device can be added after confirming the device type. Select the device type manually if it cannot be distinguished.

Manual adding:

DDNS:Register the device on DDNS server, connect the network, and then enter the registered domain address on the App.

IP/Domain:Enter the IP address or complete domain address of the device on the App.

LAN searching: Search the device that is in the same LAN with the mobile phone and then add the device through P2P or IP address entering on the App.

Network Configuration

Network configuration is only for device adding through scanning QR code (SN).If the device status (online/offline) cannot be detected when you add the device through Wi-Fi, soft AP, or wired connection, you need to configure the respective network. All these device adding methods can be mutually switched.

1.Wi-Fi Network Configuration

a.Enter the device SN or scan QR code and then tap Next to configure the Wi-Fi.

b.Enter the password of the Wi-Fi connected by the mobile phone and then tap Next to configure the device.

c. After the device is successfully configured, the device adding process is completed.

Name:Enter the device name.

User name and password:Input the user name and the password of the device.

d.Tap Start live preview.

2.Soft AP Network Configuration

a.Enable the device hotspot, connect the mobile phone to that AP, and then tap Next to enter the network configuration interface.

b. Enter the password of the connected hotspot and then tap Next to configure the device.

c.After the device is successfully configured, the device adding process is completed.

Name:Enter the device name.

User name and password:Input the user name and the password of the device.

d.Tap Start live preview.

Device Initialization:

1. After network configuration, confirm if the device needs initialization. Before initialization, connect the device through wire, Wi-Fi, or soft AP.

2. Enter the new password of the device and then the initialization completes. If the device has not been added or has been reset, you need to initialize it before operation.

Device Card Creating

1.Enter the Device Manager interface.

2.Tap Create device card.

3.The Select Device interface displays and you can select all or several devices (up to 10) and then tap OK. By setting card password, the device can only be added after entering the correct card password.

4.The interface of the created device list QR code displays.

Device Searching

On the Device Manager interface, enter the key words of the device in the searching bar, and then the searching results display.

Device List

1. You can add devices after logging in. The added devices are bound with the App account and each device can only bind one account. Unless unbound, the device cannot be added by other account.

2. One account cannot be logged in on multiple mobile phones since the previous logged in account will be replaced by the newly one. After logging out, the cloud devices in the account are not displayed on the App and they can be used after logging in again.

3. Cloud devices cannot be added through IP or DDNS. After logging in, devices can only be added to the local through IP or DDNS.

4. Local devices can be added on multiple mobile phones.
